Thousands of people face hair loss issues in summers. Sometimes due to dry weather or sometimes due to the below factors. Let us know what other factors are causing hair loss issues.
Believe it or not but a hormonal imbalance can cause hair loss, so it’s best to go to the doctor to get checked out.
Stress: Yes, stress. If you are extremely that causes hair loss. Find a way to diminish stress by working out, or doing a hobby you like to do.
Make sure you are adding earthly greens to your diet & vitamins that help you.
Using the wrong product:
Make sure you are using products without harsh chemicals, always read the ingredient session. Or if you are using any kind of remedy, always patch test prior to using the remedy on you. Because many hair products can be damaging to your hair. If you are using a product that contains harsh chemicals or sulfates, it can cause your hair to lose moisture and strength.
Don’t wash your hair with hot water:
Or never comb your hair when your hair is frizzy and dry. Try using some oil on your hair to comb the tangles away. Make sure when the hair is half dry or damp. Make a bun, it will lock the moisture and won’t let your hair go frizz.
