There are so many people who are done using loads of remedies, and products. And still, they are facing hair fall issues. Their hair gets dry and splits in the end. They have also been spending money on hair treatment. But nothing has worked for them. This is due to the fact that they do not take care of the hair. They just apply loads of products. Your hair does not only need products to be applied on. But also, we should let loose our hair on its own for quite some time.

Therefore, a healthy hair care routine is essential for keeping your hair safe from losing and looking its best. Wash your hair at least twice a week, using a gentle shampoo and conditioner.
Avoid using harsh chemicals on your hair. Try to use natural ingredients when possible, like olive oil or apple cider vinegar. Don’t over-style your hair. A little bit of styling goes a long way! Keep your hair healthy by eating a balanced diet. Include plenty of fruits and vegetables, as well as whole grains.

While there are so many people who are using hair extensions in order to avoid hair fall. But if you want healthy, full hair, then you need to take care of it yourself by following a good hair care routine.

So here I’m going to share some tips which everyone should take care of.

  • Always comb your hair before going to bed
  • Never apply oil to your hair at night or left the oil in your head at night
  • Never use a comb on wet or damp hair. Make sure you use a brush instead of a hair comb.
  • Do not dry your hair under heat or dryer this will cause fizziness in your hair.
  • Never straighten your hair without applying any heat-protecting serum.
  • Always try to air dry your hair while combing.
  • If your hair is thin, then avoid making high ponytails. This will cause huge hair fall.
  • You will avoid damage to your hair from chemicals, heat, or other styling products.
  • You will keep your hair free from dandruff and other scalp conditions.
  •  You will avoid frizz and dryness in your hair, which can lead to splitting your hair.

This is as simple as this. Try these hair care tips for a good 2 months and you will feel your hair breathing and growing.
